Add possibility to cancel an action while running (uploading, deletion, applying labels, requirements etc.)
We strongly need to have a possibility to cancel an action while running (uploading, deletion, applying labels, requirements etc.)79 votes
This idea was considered several times, but never made it to production for data consistency considerations. Due to the demand, we are taking it up again as the plug-in is undergoing major changes.
Probably, it's common Jira's issue, but it reproduces only when the test-plugin is launched.
Check-box "Remember me" doesn't work in such cases and you have to type your credentials every time.
It's very uncomfortable to login in Jira again and again.16 votes
Confirmation popup with message "Are you sure you want to delete...?" (or something like this) should be added, when you remove test case from library.
If there are no warnings in deleting process you can delete information without backup.15 votes
'Filters'/Requirements section is too narrow to see the full issuekey that does not fit into the width. Please add possibility to adjust width of the 'Filter' section by dragging it`s border same as for the 'Organizer'.15 votes
When TESTS are linked to the STORIES, it's all being added as "is tested by" link type within the user story.
However when a lots of test cases getting linked to the story - it makes "Issue Links" part noisy, and certain important links may get lost in this list, becoming hardly noticeable.
Thus, it would be great if "link type" value for test case-requirement relation can be configured via project settings.12 votes
In Test Library (both the Execute and Library views), it would be very helpful to have a formatting panel when creating/updating test cases11 votes
This is a good usability suggestion.
Disable test deletion via the Test Management plugin for all users (except administrator)8 votes
Passed= QA tested
Failed= QA failed.
Open jira items are placed to project backlog. But tc with Passed status shouln't be mapped as open. Work for this tc is completed. And resolution is passed.8 votes
Suppose you create TC and link it to story1, then copy-paste this TC and want to link it to a different story2, after you save copy-pasted TC it has links to story1 - it would be nice if user could define himself the links of TCs and there would be no automatic linking on copy-paste action.7 votes
As a QA Space user I would like to be able to do reporting by sprint timeframe. I would like to be be able to select active sprints in my Jira agile implementation and report on
1.) Tests executed
2.) Test deferred
3.) Test status, i.e. failed, passed, blocked etc.6 votes
Right now i can set Passed, Failed, Blocked, Untested, Ouf of scope.
I will like set something as In progress.
Why? In team we have more people, every testers choose what will testing. But some people are more quickle and can help to other testers. Right now dont know, what TC doing right now other testers.6 votes
As TM user I copy tests into different suites and all copies of tests are displayed in the section "associated with" for user stories.Could you please add possibility to show only tests and not to show copies of these tests there.6 votes
Sometimes we make mistakes - deleting a folder can be painful even if the tests inside still remain in the root.
Any ability to undo would give more confidence - even if it can undo only one operation at a time, or there are non-undoable operations, it could improve the usability.
Displaying the opportunity to undo (and what will be undoed) could also help.6 votes
When describing tests that are similar we often use the copy paste functionality in the library.
The end result is great meaning you can create a lot of tests cases with similar content by copy pasting but for some reason the copies contain a Cloned from link which is not needed.
Is it possible to have this link removed when making the copy pasting?5 votes
Visially separate Test steps and test results, add lined structure to test steps and test results for easier presentation

The implementation wasn’t successful at the first try, but we haven’t given up, and taken this up again recently.
If we are working with Tests using Filters there is an opportunity to filter them by Folders where they are stored in QA Space. However, if we’re working with gadget on a dashboard we aren’t allowed to sort Tests by Folders.4 votes
We are investigating how can we fit our custom information into JIRA’s environment (JQL, dashboard, exports) better.
We use more than one label for one test case. For instance test case has label Smoke and label Automated simultaneously. I need to get test cases which has label Smoke and has not label Automated.4 votes
Since we don't have requirement items in JIRA on the project we'd like to use external stories/change requests/maintenance as requirements. To track them it should be allowed to set up external JIRAs as test requirements.4 votes
We’re planning to allow external requirements, but that will be an extension to the next release, planned for later.
As QA team lead I would like to have an ability to understand how much time it would take for team to execute particular number of tests and be able to see the sum of estimates right away.4 votes
